I present you Thénaïs!!! My handmade doll!!!
As I'm not a rich girl, I decided to make my own doll instead of ruin myself by buying a doll on the web

It was a real challenge for me, but I am rather satisfied of the result (because it could have turned really really really more badly ). I drew and sewed his clothes too

Thénaïs is a really sweet boy. He's the son of Thaïs and Maiwenn, two characters of me.
Even if he has ice eyes, his heart is warm like a sunshine. Shy and dreamy, he is very protector with his close relations. People are generally afraid of his appearance, and particularly his eyes, but Thénaïs doesn't mind, as long as he can live his peaceful life. But if someone pissed him of, he can become a real fighter and manipulate knifes with a lot of dexterity.

Time : around 45 hours (without counting the time I spent in thought, in useless things and at repairing my mistakes on it )
Material used : Essentially styrofoam, sawdust, fish glue, modeling clay paste, wood glue, inox wire and acrylic painting. (without counting his clothes).
I didn't calculate how did it cost, but I think it's under 40$. (of course I still had some annexe material)
